If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, shipping fees not included. If the item you received was defective in any way, shipping costs will be refunded. We must receive your returned purchase in its original packaging. Removing the merchandise from the package to inspect the color and feel of the fabric is acceptable. If for some reason the color or feel are not right for you (remember they will be lightly discolored before they are washed for the first time), simply slip them back into their packaging and contact us for a return shipping address. Item(s) must be shipped in a box. Please do not attach anything to the original manufactures packaging. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will then credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s).
For international customers, we are not responsible for any customs and/or brokerage fees that will incur to return your item(s). You are responsible to pay for your customs and/or brokerage fees as well as our customs and brokerage fees. No exceptions.
